Kang heads both the company and the R&D department, with a strong enthusiasm for advancing LED lighting technologies. He is a firm believer in the transformative power of innovation and the value of professional collaboration.
As the head of LED lighting production at Anova, Arno has a deep understanding of lean manufacturing practices within the factory and across the entire supply chain. Leveraging his 15 years of experience, he is committed to reducing production costs and enhancing the quality of our products.
Arno has fostered a unified, trained, and inspired production team, guiding the factory through an upgrade of its entire management framework. As a result, the Anova factory in China has successfully met the stringent verification requirements of various listed companies and renowned brands.
